Day before yesterday, we had some rain. Well, we have had some rain most every day lately, but day before yesterday we had rain with hailstones. I heard them clattering against the window and grabbed my camera to take a picture.

I don’t know why, but for as long as Ican remember, taking pictures of hailstones has been the thing to do.  Unless they were really really huge hailstones, and then you go out and grab a few and toss them in the freezer to have on hand to show people. These hailstones were not the biggest I have ever seen, but picture-worthy nonetheless. I would say the largest ones are about the size of a wasabi pea.
