I have had this bit of fabric for so long that I don’t remember where it came from. The other day, I basted it to an old white dinner napkin in preparation for some crazy quilting. I plan on piecing in bits of fancy white fabrics around it like a frame. Then I will embellish with red, green and gold threads, flosses buttons, sequins, etc. This scan is about the size of a piece of paper. You can see my basting thread at the bottom.
It probably won’t be done in time for this year, but maybe the next.
