I spent a while yesterday sewing the star blocks together and got about half of them done. It is gong rather slow, [...]

I spent most of my sewing time the last couple of days finishing up this quilt. It has been lying around for a while and I really wanted to see how it would look on my kitchen wall. So, I took a break from the green blocks to quilt and bind it.

I realize that the quilt on the cover doesn’t really look like one [...]

I have been working on the Santa crazy patch block a little. I have all but one of the seams covered with a basic stitch in either gold or silver. Here is what it looks like so far:
Once I get that last seam covered, I will start adding stitcheries in red and green and eventually [...]

Here is a picture of some of the string pieced blocks. This is about 2/3 of them.
That’s all I have time to mention. My friend Lynn surprised me by stopping by a couple days ago and is visiting.
